Dumpster Rentals

If you’re in need of a dumpster, we’ve got you covered! Our dumpsters are perfect for a variety of home projects, from decluttering and renovating to clearing out brush. We have two size options to choose from:

15 Yard Dumpster: $400.00

  • Ideal for clean outs, mid-size remodeling projects, roofing, yard clean-up and many other home projects

  • Holds about 4.5-6 standard pick-up truck loads of material or about 80-100 trash bags.

  • Pricing includes up to 1.5 tons of waste and up to a one week rental period

20 Yard Dumpster: $ 445

  • Ideal for larger clean-outs, mid-size to larger construction projects, demo, roofing

  • Holds about 6-8 standard pick-up truck loads of material or about 110-130 trash bags

  • Pricing includes up to 2 tons of waste and up to a one week rental period

Overage Charges May Apply:

  • Excessive Tonnage: Exceeding the tonnage included in the base rental price creates an “overage” charge of $95.00 per ton. Our overage price is prorated, meaning we simply multiply the overage tonnage by $95 to get the overage cost. Example - you rent a 20 yard dumpster which includes 2 tons. The final dump weight is 2.5 tons. We would multiply .5 tons (overage) by 95 for an overage cost of $47.50.

  • Extra Rental Period: All of our dumpster rentals include up to a one week rental period (7 days). If there is a need to keep the dumpster longer than one week, we simply ask that you communicate that to us at least 72 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly with scheduling. There is a $15 per day extra rental fee applied to rentals exceeding one week.

  • Change Outs: On occasion, a customer asks us to either replace a full dumpster with an empty one, or pick the dumpster up, dispose and return the dumpster during the rental period so they can keep their project moving forward. We do apply a change out fee to cover time and expenses of this service. Change out fees depend on proximity to the landfill. This situation typically only applies to larger scale jobs and can be discussed further if it applies to your project.

Common Question - What can go in the dumpster:

Certain items cannot be accepted in our dumpsters, including hazardous materials, biological or medical waste, hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, asbestos, concrete, and tires. These rules will also be outlined in a rental agreement. To ensure a smooth rental experience, please discuss the specifics of your project with us so we can help you avoid any issues with restricted items

Junk Removal & Cleanouts

Just point, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting for you. Our junk removal services range from single-item pickups to full house cleanouts. We aim to provide an affordable and stress-free solution for all your needs.  We offer free estimates with competitive pricing and no hidden fees. We are unique to other junk removal companies in that we provide our own dumpsters for larger clean-out projects. This allows us to maintain a better timelines and remove more material which generally reduces labor hours. It is also important to note that not all items need to go to the landfill. We are able to transport usable items to local donation centers such as Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity ReStore. This option allows you to repurpose some of your items and helps reduce costs in the form of disposal fees.

Payment

We invoice after the completion of each rental or project. You can pay using a credit card, check, Venmo, or cash. We also offer discounted pricing for military personnel (active or retired) and first responders as a token of our appreciation for your service.
